About Jerry Bussanmas Homebuilders
Jerry Bussanmas, owner of Jerry Bussanmas Homebuilders, spent the early part of his career in the real estate business. After more than 20 years in that field, focusing primarily on new home construction, Jerry began contracting building projects with Marty Lenhart and Jeff Flynn.
In 2004, he went out on his own, turning to custom homebuilding full-time. He founded Jerry Bussanmas Homebuilders to design and build fine homes with quality materials and one-of-a-kind designs.
Averaging 10-12 homes per year, Bussanmas has established relationships with some of the best subcontractors in the area, ensuring the consistency and quality he demands on every project. He also partners with talented architects and designers, including Jim Aller Design and Beisser Design, to create the perfect home for each client.
